The State Spa Guest Card is your personal benefit card for your stay at the Bavarian State Spa Bad Reichenhall with Bayerisch Gmain. All overnight guests receive it automatically and benefit from numerous free or discounted premium services - including public transport, RupertusTherme, museums and more.

From the day of arrival (00:00 hrs) up to and including the day of departure (23:59 hrs).

Every guest automatically receives their personal state spa guest card from their host. This can also be used digitally on request.

Have you received your guest card by e-mail?

Then no additional activation is necessary. Simply open the e-mail on your smartphone and follow the link.

Would you like to use a paper card you have already received digitally?

Go to “Activate Staatsbad guest card” and enter the activation number of your card and your surname. After clicking on “Confirm”, your digital guest card will be loaded.

Then confirm the message “Add to home screen” to make the card permanently available on your smartphone - so you always have your benefits to hand..

If you change your accommodation, you will receive a Staatsbad guest card from your new host. You will find the activation button under the Service menu item. Click on “Activate Staatsbad guest card” and enter the activation number of your card and your surname. After clicking on “Confirm”, your digital guest card will be loaded.

Yes, please carry a valid photo ID (e.g. identity card, passport) with you. The Staatsbad guest card is personal and can be compared with an ID card when using services (e.g. public transport or discounted admission).

Yes, the digital Staatsbad Guest Card can be used for arrival and departure. Public transport from Salzburg main station and in the Berchtesgadener Land district is available to you free of charge from the day of arrival. Details can be found under Mobility.
