The exhibits presented in the historic round locomotive shed include high-quality locomotives from the Deutsches Museum - Verkehrsmuseum, among others locomotives of the E16, E44 and E03 series or a Bavarian express locomotive from 1874. The centrepiece of the layout is the turntable dating from the 1920s.The "Little Locomotive World" - specially designed for children between 6 and 12 years of age - lets them experience railways and technology with all their senses. Touching and hearing, knowledge and experience and the working world of the railway are made tangible in a wonderfully colourful and vivid way at five stations.
